About Amanda
As the Executive Director of Operations and Facilities at Odyssey Therapeutics, a start-up biotech company developing innovative therapies for rare diseases, she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the global operational infrastructure, including laboratory design and construction, equipment procurement and maintenance, vendor management, budgeting, and compliance. She has over 20 years of experience in leading and supporting the operations of biotech companies across the globe, from early-stage to clinical-stage, with a focus on cell and molecular biology.
In addition to her current role, she is also the founder of LabOps Unite Community, a platform that connects and empowers laboratory operations professionals across the biotech industry. Through this initiative, she shares best practices, insights, and resources on how to build and manage efficient and scalable biotech operations, as well as to foster collaboration and networking among the LabOps community.
She is passionate about advancing the science and business of biotechnology, and she delivers high-quality and cost-effective solutions that meet the needs and expectations of stakeholders.
