CIC builds and operates a global network of innovation campuses where startups, scale-ups, corporations and public entities connect, work, and grow. Founded in 1999, CIC manages 1.5 million square feet of innovation-focused workspace, laboratories, and event space across North America, Europe and Asia. Additionally, CIC develops bespoke programming, builds and enables industry clusters, and provides world-class district consulting—all focused on advancing innovation.

CIC Innovation Campuses combine workspace, high-impact programming, and intentional community and culture to become a physical center of gravity for the local innovation community and help to accelerate the local and global innovation ecosystem.

CIC Labs are state-of-the-art laboratories and office spaces with all the amenities and equipment that allow scientists to develop solutions to some of the greatest challenges in the health and life sciences fields.
3. Innovation Consulting
Through its innovation consulting arms, CIC helps companies, organizations, and public entities develop strategies and implementation plans to scale their innovation initiatives. We leverage expertise across the CIC community around the world to cultivate the global innovation ecosystem. CIC currently has two distinct consultancies: Captains of Innovation and CIC Institute.
