Minus80 Monitoring’s subscription service helps customers from coast to coast remotely monitor temperature-sensitive storage units. We monitor LN2 tanks, -80°C and -20°C freezers, +4°C fridges, 37°C incubators, and walk-in cold rooms. Minus80 monitors your site for uptime, giving peace of mind your system is always working. We track internal and ambient temperature, LN2 levels in tanks, humidity, and document door/lid activity. Alerts are sent via text, email and/or voice calls. Data is archived, non-modifiable, and accessible in PDF format, which complies with FDA 21 CFR Part 11. Our new and very unique solution for our IVF customers is being tested and to be released soon!

1. Minus80 provides Monitoring and Alerting of all temps for critical lab storage
2. Customers may login from any device at www.minus80.com to view temperature readings, customize temperature thresholds, determine when/how alerts are sent, and view data.
3. New features are no cost to our customers via our cloud-based service.
4. Each monitoring unit has a Platinum RTD probe (Resistive Temperature Detectors), which provides excellent long-term stability. The probe is installed in the storage unit via a factory-provided entry port when available. There is also an onboard room temperature sensor and a door open/close sensor. This is all included with the monitoring unit.
5. CO2 monitoring with interface to capture Vaisala data
6. New LN2 level Sensor with temperature being released soon
7. Unlimited number of alerts are sent via text, email or voice calls for alarms.
8. Unlimited quantity of user logins or monitored units on any system.
9. Monitoring units are installed with CR123 batteries. Battery life is 4-6 years and IS supervised – we will alert you when batteries are nearing end of life and need replacing.
10. All data is archived, non-modifiable, and accessible in PDF format, which complies with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 re: electronic signatures in software, providing an audit trail with unalterable records. (Applicable for CLIA, CAP, and BAP certified labs)
11. Training takes about 10-15 minutes, and there is 5-min online training video on the portal.

13. Annual calibration is available if required by labs.
